The Clairault Streicker Vineyard Kitchen offers a relaxed yet refined lunch experience that celebrates the best of our region. Led by Head Chef Michael Talbott, our kitchen focuses on fresh, seasonal dishes crafted with locally and sustainably grown produce. Every ingredient is carefully sourced from nearby farms, growers, and artisans who share our commitment to sustainability and quality. Chef Talbott’s passion for clean, ingredient-led cooking is reflected in every plate — thoughtfully composed, beautifully presented, and designed to pair perfectly with our wines.
